Is the event open to the public?
Yes, this event is open to the public.
When do ticket sales begin?
Ticket sales will begin on March 1, 2025
What time do the gates open?
The gate will open at 5 PM and allow all table setups to be completed by 7 PM.
What is the attire?
You are required to war ALL RED for the ladies. Men are allowed to wear ALL RED, WHITE, OR RED and WHITE. We want to see you showcase your own personal style!
Is there an age limit?
You must be 21 and over to attend this event.
What should General Admission ticket holders bring?
At a minimum, a square folding table with no more than 4 chairs per table; a picnic basket or bag containing a meal for your guests (optional-food vendors are available); a red tablecloth, cloth napkins, flatware, dishware and plastic drinkware. You will also need to bring a trash bag to remove your debris by the end of the night.
Do I have to decorate my table?
Table decoration is requested as it will add to the ambience of the event, but not required. At a minimum, non VIP ticket holders are requested but not required to bring a red tablecloth, napkins, flatware, dishware, and plastic drinkware.
Are there limitations to the table size that guests are permitted to bring?
Yes, the table must be square, foldable and easy to carry. The size must be between 24 and 34 inches (60.96 and 86.36 cm).
Why are there limitations on the size and shape of the table?
Le Delta En Rouge will be held in a public location with space limitations, therefore we are limiting the size of the tables to ensure that every ticket holders have ample space for their guests.
Is this a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) event?
This is NOT a BYOB event. No alcohol of any kind may be brought onto the premises. Cash bars will be provided.
Can we bring tents?
No, you are NOT permitted to bring tents of any size. However, tents are provided for the VIP Experience ticket holders.
Can we bring coolers?
Yes, you are permitted to bring in a small cooler that must fit under your table.
If I purchase a VIP Table, is everyone required to have a ticket?
VIP Tables are purchased by one person and that person will be responsible for distributing tickets to each of their guests. Tickets must be printed or on your phone for admission to the event.
Do I need a ticket to get in?
Of course! all guests are required to present their ticket to gain entry into the event. Either printer paper copy or the downloaded version on your phone is required for entry.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets to this event are NOT refundable.
Where is parking?
Parking is in front of the venue
Will the event be cancelled or postponed in case of adverse weather?
Yes, but only if public safety becomes an issue due to severe weather (i.e., thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornados) of if Columbus (GA) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. decides to cancel or postpone the event. If light rain is forecasted, please bring a poncho or umbrella.
Are tables required for General Admission Ticket Holders?
No. There will be an area for those who wish to only bring a lawn chair. No blankets are allowed.
What happens during Arrive & Check In?
When you arrive, you will cary your personal items to the gate where you will be met by a Hostess who will scan your printed or digital ticket and provide you with a wristband. After you are inside, you will be directed towards your assigned section to begin your setup based on your ticket type.
